A hydraulic device for inverting and transferring products from one container to another. Used in various applications, the Totall Rotator has the advantage of corrosion resistance, excellent visibility, speed and minimal maintenance.
All Totall Rotator's are manufactured with a "patented ring-gear" that incorporates a replaceable bearing insert that is resistant to both fresh and salt water, as well as most chemicals and acids. This ring-gear can be inexpensively repaired (not replaced), unlike steel ball or roller type units that eventually corrode if used in adverse conditions.
All Totall Rotator's are designed with exceptional visibility, providing a clear view of the fork tips (through the middle, over the top and on each side of the carriage). Now available, are completely "stainless steel" models (with stainless steel ring-gears), designed exclusively for processing of food, chemical or pharmaceutical products.
Models with a combination of steel structure and stainless steel ring gear are also available along with our standard models. (See below for details).
